Clark completed a major renovation project for me. Skilled at many things, he installed new and refinished old hardwood flooring. He installed LVT tile, re-furbished and rehung kitchen cabinets , hung ceiling fans, lighting fixtures,( even helped select some as I was 1000 miles away), repaired skylights, leaks, installed plumbing fixtures, and painted the entire house. Not only are his renovation skills excellent, he is creative in finding solutions for whatever he encounters; he has great analytical and communication skills and keeps you apprised of his progress with photos. Honest and trustworthy, Clark's costs are reasonable and he looks for cost saving ideas that still result in high quality results. My house underwent a complete transformation! "Spectacular" is how family and friends describe the results of his work! And I would add, he is a pleasure to work with!

When we had to renovate our home, Clark was very creative in helping us with the redesign. He kept to his commitment with regard to time and cost. He was flexible with changes we made and was very responsive throughout the entire process. He's always willing and helpful with doing additional projects for us. Clark does quality workmanship, and we never hesitate to recommend him to others.

We have an old farm house that has been in my wife's family since the early 1940's or so. We have completed a couple remodels, additions to the house. There is not a square corner or exactly plumed wall in the house except the new areas. We've avoided addressing some level issues in the floors and wanted a wall removed and our kitchen area enlarged. We had a couple other contractors look at the issues and either didn't want to deal with them or wanted way too much. Clark came in and looked over what we had with a close eye. spent some time looking the issues over and formulated a plan. His ideas are creative, well thought out. His workmanship is top notch. As with many projects our had a bit of "creep" and we ended up having him do quite a few things while he's was there. Very pleases with it all. Clark is very upfront with his schedule. He let us know when he would be there and when he wouldn't which isn't true of some. Clarks kept his work area clean and he picked everything up at the end of the day. We had to live in the house while he worked the floors so that was a blessing. He is honest, polite and a christian. Never saw him get upset while he was there. Never saw him take "spare lumber" from the project home. He leveled our floors and fixed some sub flooring in the kitchen, dinning room, master bedroom and a craft room. He brought everything up even and level. He removed the popcorn ceiling in several rooms. Did some painting, modified a key cabinet, built a table for out kitchen nook. We had some raw oak lumber from a tree we had cut down. He used some of that to complete a custom wrap of the beam he installed when he removed the wall. Very pleased with all that he did for us. I believe my dog was very sadden at then the end of the project as she looked forward to seeing him pull in the drive in the morning. Nothing but good things to say about him.
